- What does your brand mean to your target audience? Does it mean quality? Does it mean consistency and heritage or trendy and fashionable? What do you want it to mean?
- What is your brand/company worth? Many variables go into determining the value of a brand or company, but consumer loyalty translates directly into the potential for future sales. How loyal are your consumers? How much brand switching do they do? These are questions that companies should have answers to and these are questions that companies should track over time with key audiences.
