- What percentage of the population is aware of your brand?
- What percentage of your target audience is aware of your brand?
- Is your brand awareness growing, declining, or staying the same within these groups?
- Why? What is changing and affecting your brand awareness?
- What is the source of awareness of your brand? Is it your products, your stores, your national advertising, your web-site? Is it discounted retail advertising? Each of these sources can have an effect on perception of your brand – both in terms of awareness and image.
